Michael Steele Is Another Stupid Republican (Updated)

I’ve listened pretty closely to Michael Steele’s political utterances over the past few years and thought I had him pegged correctly as a centrist Republican that, in a pinch, would lean more Right than Left. I pulled for him to get the RNC job.
I was dead wrong. He’s just another dumbass that could never make it in the Democrat Party so he comes to the GOP and poisons the well water.
Isn’t it interesting how the rank and file of the GOP never see the true colors of its feckless leaders until AFTER they secure a prominent perch in the GOP hierarchy? This latest travesty leaves the party stuck with a full-fledged idiot atop the RNC for the 2010 elections.
On the other hand, if Ace and Allahpundit represent what the party is made of, then maybe its getting what it deserves. Look at how they analyze Steele’s stupid remarks about Rush Limbaugh.

These pissing matches have two sides. Yes, Rush might have laid into Mr. Steele just a little too much in today’s show, but Mr. Steele set the tone by treating Rush as a clown.
Right there is the reason I changed my registration to independent. I was sick and tired of being associated with a political party that is full of light weights that can’t make up their minds. Which is it Ace? Did Rush screw up or was it Steele? Make up your effing mind!

Why is Rush taking this personally? He knows the political game that’s being played here and why Steele, in his leadership role, has to navigate away from hyperpartisan rhetoric. For that matter, why is he so insistent on challenging Steele’s claim to be the current head of the GOP? Who else is it if not him?
Let me answer Allah’s questions: The reason Rush is “insistent on challenging Steele’s claim to be the current head of the GOP” is because Steele is NOT head of the GOP but he claims he IS. Get it Allah?
Allah even groaned that some people are threatening to withhold donations to the RNC because of Steele’s dislike of Rush. Well, let me add to the discomfort. It’ll be raining snowballs in Hell before I send a dime to an RNC headed by a feckless leader that thinks its more important to pander to the socialist media rather than solidifying the GOP’s rightwing base.
Conservatives had better learn to enjoy socialism. With a GOP populated with spineless pricks, there’s nothing to stop it.
