Is Judd Gregg A Tax Cheat?
If not, why would Obama want him for Secretary of Commerce?
On the other hand, maybe Obama just wants Gregg under his thumb. That could do two things: possibly give Harry Reid a filibuster-proof Senate and give Obama a chance to get even for what Gregg said to Philip Klein:
“I don’t know who he [Obama] is or what he stands for better than anybody else,” Gregg said. “He’s a blank page.”
