Could it be? In its April edition, Men’s Health magazine ranks Charlotte, N.C. as the 5th “smuttiest” city in America. On the other hand, the more reserved Republicans picked Tampa, Fla. which was way down the list at No. 8.

A reader ask, were the rankings made before or after the conventions were booked? Heh. Good question.
